This 16-bore boxlock ejector has 28" nitro barrels, tubes engraved 'JOSEPH LANG & SON. 7. BURY STREET. ST. JAMES'S. LONDON.' and 2 1/2" chambers, bored approx. true cyl and 3/4 choke. It has a treble-grip action with removable striker discs, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, beaded border engraving retaining very slight traces of original colour-hardening. It has a leather case with gold-tooled Joseph Lang & Son Ltd. trade label and charges label for a 12-bore gun.
